All players who are regularly a part of a contract group must pay a membership fee. Each contract member is responsible for payment of his/her own membership. Membership is for one full year, starting the first day of September. Membership is transferable, but it is not refundable.

Non-members (guests) who play with a contract group are required to sign our guest book upon their arrival. (Anyone playing more than 3 times in a group during the year must be a member.)
-
Full court payment must be made on or before the first day of play. If any balance is due after this date, management reserves the right to assign the court time to another group.
-
Court Deposits are NOT refundable after July 1st.
-
Contract groups may request preference of court assignment at the time of deposit. Effort will be made to grant court choice, but final court assignment will be determined by the management.

Seasonal courts can not be canceled. If your group can not play in any given week, please notify the front desk and every effort will be made to sell your contract court hour. If your hour is sold, your group will be entitled to a make up. Make ups are limited to three and must be taken before the start of the next season.
